FUSABOND® is Dow’s line of functional grafted polymers used as compatibilizers or coupling agents in polyolefins and engineering plastics. With PE or PP backbones grafted with functional groups such as MAH, they improve compatibility and adhesion with polar materials. They are widely applied in wood–plastic composites (WPC) and wire & cable (W&C). The products are produced from ethylene–acrylic acid copolymers modified through MAH grafting.
