FUSABOND® Functional Polymer
FUSABOND® is Dow’s line of functional grafted polymers used as compatibilizers or coupling agents in polyolefins and engineering plastics. Based on PE or PP and grafted with functional groups such as MAH, they improve compatibility and adhesion with polar materials. Common applications include enhancing WPC and wire & cable performance. The products are made from ethylene–acrylic acid copolymers grafted with maleic anhydride.
